INTERMEDIATE SENSORY&CUP TASTING

Course dedicated to deepening the aspects of sensory analysis and the determining factors during the tasting. The trainer will be able to perceive and communicate his sensory perceptions using the cupping terminology commonly used by industry experts. Valid as a preparation for the Sensory & Cup Tasting Intermediate Certification of the Coffee Diploma System. 

Theoretical, collective practice with compulsory attendance.
